I think this looks very cool, but I’m just trying to figure it out. So humans avoid any real contact with other humans by sending their robot surrogates out into the world to do all their living for them but then surrogates are being killed which forces a cop (Willis) to come out of isolation and solve the crimes? Do the humans die, too? It seems like a cross between The Matrix, The Stepford Wives, I, Robot and those big, fat people who never walk around in Wall-E. OK, I’m in. Surrogates opens in theaters Sept. 25.
