Slap on a helmet, knee pads and call me Ellen Page. I’ve always thought roller derby movies were underrated. I mean, Raquel Welch in Kansas City Bomber? COME ON! It’s a classic. Well, apparently Drew Barrymore feels the same way and has made her directorial debut helming a movie about that very sport: Whip It, starring what looks like a stellar cast including young Ms. Page, Kristen Wiig — and Barrymore herself.
